Weight Loss Hack

So weight loss isn’t a goal that everyone should strive for because quite frankly, not everyone needs to lose weight in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

But, if you are needing to lose weight, you’ll need to be in a calorie deficit. Exercise can help aid in weightloss because you are burning more calories and increasing your metabolism over time, but it mainly helps with overall health and body recomposition. Weightloss mostly comes from your diet.

So how do we get into a calorie deficit?

The easiest and best way to be in a calorie deficit is to add more to your diet.

Okay, I know what you’re thinking… but yes! Adding more nutrient dense, low calorie, high protein foods to your diet will force you into a calorie deficit without you even knowing it.

Here’s how you do it…

Incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet as well as high protein snack such as greek yogurt, protein shakes, protein bars, beans, meat and more.

You won’t be hungry because protein actually helps keep you full longer and the low calorie fruits and veggies will keep you full as well.

Now this doesn’t mean to fully get rid of other foods, just increase your intake of the foods listed above and let me know how it works out!
