Hi and welcome to JAC’d Fitness!
I started training online in 2017. If you’ve been around awhile, you’ll remember my business was called Backpacks and Biceps. In 2020 we did a little revamping and decided to change the name to JAC’d Fitness. I chose JAC’d Fitness because J.A.C. are my initials and thought it tied perfectly into the world of fitness and my love for building strength.
My mission has evolved and changed over the years, but my love and passion for helping people hasn’t. My mission is to teach people the many benefits that come from eating nutritious foods and moving your body, especially strength training. I want people to know that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods and exercises 24/7 to achieve a healthy body and lifestyle.
Some things I enjoy outside of helping people build a holistically healthy life are rescuing dogs, traveling with my husband and family, the beach, scuba diving, watching my favorite shows on repeat, running obstacle course races, trying something new, making candles and hosting.
I love pouring into my people and that’s how I truly fill my cup.
