Hi and welcome to my small business!

I started training online in 2017. If you’ve been around awhile, you’ll remember my business was called Backpacks and Biceps. In 2020 we did a little revamping and decided to change the name to JAC’d Fitness. I chose JAC’d Fitness because JAC are my initials and thought it tied perfectly into the world of fitness and my love for building strength.

My mission has evolved and changed over the years but my love and passion for helping people hasn’t. My mission is to teach people the many benefits that come from eating nutritious foods and moving your body, especially strength training. But a walk and listening to your body will always be king and queen. I want people to know that you can eat a donut or have piece of cake and not worry about the calorie contents. You can enjoy food separate from its chemical contents. You can move your body without the goal of weight loss.

Some things I enjoy outside of helping people build a holistically healthy life are rescuing dogs and cats, traveling with my husband and family, the beach, watching my favorite shows on repeat, running obstacle course races, trying something new and hosting.

I love pouring into my people and that’s how I truly fill my cup.
