We start October 6th!

Welcome to the 8 Week Bootcamp! 8 weeks of strength exercises split up into two phases. Strength training is great for building muscle and burning fat, but also gives you stronger bones, helps with longevity, mental health and helps prevent injury. This program is perfect for anyone needing to kickstart their fitness journey or get back into a fitness routine and doesn’t want to do it alone.

Included within the 8 weeks:

-2 different sets of exercises- Because progressive overload is the best way to make sustainable progress, we will repeat the exercises for 4 weeks at a time progressively overloading by increasing weight, perfecting form, increasing reps or increasing more time under tension (don’t worry, I’ll explain all of this).

-Accountability group

-Access to my fitness app

-Video tutorials for each exercise and warm up routine

-Progress tracking within the app

-Habit challenges
