Do you offer 1:1 Coaching for just nutrition?
Yes.
Do you offer 1:1 Coaching for just an exercise program?
Yes.
Do you have exercise video tutorials of each exercise?
Yes, you will be able to access all exercise videos and form cues via an app.
Which programs offer weekly check ins and biweekly video check ins?
Custom programs only. The other ones I check in periodically to see how you are doing but it isn’t in depth like the custom programs’ weekly check ins.
Which program do you recommend for beginners?
Any program can be modified for beginners but any custom guide is a good start.
Do you coach for body building competitions?
I do not.
Do you write meal plans?
As a nutrition coach, I am legally not allowed to write meal plans. Instead I give you the tools so you can create your own meal plans, learning how to eat nutritious, whole foods while incorporating other foods you enjoy. We do not encourage diet restriction here.
Do you coach people on running a Spartan/Obstacle Race?
I can certainly do so. I have the knowledge, experience and expertise to do so.
What’s the best program for a beginner?
The 1:1 fitness and nutrition coaching is my number 1 recommendation for anyone new to working out. The 12 or 24 week one.
