1 on 1 Coaching

Meeting you where you’re at to reach your health and fitness goals.

I want you to feel completely supported in your goals and I will be with you every step of the way. You and I will commit to a minimum of 6 months together and work through different things in life that come up and how to navigate them with your health and fitness journey. We learn to pivot and adjust when needed and will not be going to extremes. This is a long-haul journey and quick fixes only lead to short lived results.

You’re probably tired of never feeling motivated or never knowing what to do.

And that’s where I come in! I’ll help support you and hold you accountable with daily/weekly check ins and monthly check in calls. I’ll be there to answer any questions you might have along the way.

This coaching comes with…

An initial fitness assessment and video call before we get started to get all of the details about your current life routine and background in exercise and nutrition as well as your form and movement.

You’ll then be onboarded onto my fitness app where you will have your own dashboard, be able to track progress, sync your fitness watch to the app to track sleep, heart rate and steps, view your workouts and communicate with me.

Afraid of not knowing how to perform the exercises?

Don’t worry! I’ve got you covered with videos and form cues for each exercise so you will always know how to execute each exercise with perfect form. Injury prevention is a huge component of my training style and so we work on strengthening support muscles, joints and ligaments, just as much as we work on strengthening the glutes, chest and back.
