I think the most important piece of progress I saw in myself throughout boot camp was that I am becoming more comfortable with my limits. Before, I felt like if I wasn’t doing what people who worked out without the same health limits as me were doing, then I wasn’t going to feel healthy or like I’m doing enough work. But hearing that made me feel better about the things I accomplish in a day, even though it’s small. Thank you so much. This has been helpful, engaging, productive for me, and very inspiring for me considering where I’ve been health-wise lately.
